    She is the founder and Managing Director of VISIELLE, an advisory boutique supporting leaders across industries in high-stakes transformation situations. VISIELLE stands for Vision. Strategy.     Her background includes senior leadership roles such as Chief Customer and Strategy Officer at Neuroth International AG, Chief Strategy and Operating Officer in a family office, Head of Strategy and Innovation at Helvetia Versicherungen AG, and Managing Director of vivit gesundheits AG (CSS). She has led digital transformation in financial services and insurance and driven major strategy and development initiatives in the Swiss health insurance ecosystem – at the intersection of prevention, insurance, and public health. She also brings academic depth in health literacy and experience building national and international programs.
