A personal note
As a former competitive athlete in mountain biking and triathlon, I take every challenge in the truest sense of the word sportingly. Having grown up in a farming and entrepreneurial family, I am firmly grounded. People who know me describe me as natural, honest, and warm. Fair warning: I am direct and demanding, always with respect and goodwill.
I love hiking, mountaineering, climbing, and yoga in equal measure. For me, that is no contradiction: both demand concentration, mindfulness, and the courage to focus on what truly matters. Being outdoors for a good stretch of time is absolutely central to me, regardless of the season. Personally, it matters greatly to me never to lose my authenticity.
